(Vicksburg Visit 3) Good-For-You Recreation in Vicksburg

September 1, 2021 by Richard Piet

Vicksburg Visit Episode 3 focuses on one of the things that help make a great community: Recreation options. From golf and disc golf to a terrific lake trail, Vicksburg helps residents feed their souls with active recreation options.

Wendy Pheils, a member of the Vicksburg Parks and Recreation Board, discusses some of the options – as well as what Vicksburg is eyeing for future recreation. Joining Wendy is Bill Deming, who spent a number of years helping the City of Portage, Michigan expand its recreation options.
